Here are some ways you can influence change:

1. Political: Contact your local TD, Senator, or MEP expressing your views and asking for a response. This can be done by a direct meeting, mail, fax or email. Email for members of the Oireachtas is normally. firstname.surname@oireachtas.ie. Post can be sent to their constituency office or c/o Leinster House, Dublin 2. This campaign will be won by making this a local issue for politicians in every constituency in Ireland. Therefore please feel free to have your friends and family join in.

2. Media: Letters to the editors, press statements, interviews etc again making the arguments for and requesting political support/action.

3. Group Support: If you are a member of a students union, political party, community or interest group put it on the agenda and seek the support of the group to advance the cause via the political process.

4. Leave a message of support on the message board.
